L-O-V-E

What better way to show a little LOVE than a beautiful baby bump!

I had the honor of photographing my big sister, her hubby, and their little bump this weekend. This is my sis' first baby and I couldn't be more excited for her! They are an amazing couple and are going to be amazing parents! I can't wait to meet my sweet nephew!!

I realize that I haven't posted much crafting here lately. Just so busy with LIFE. Most of what I have been working on is for my sister's shower and I can't share yet. I will make it up to you after the shower! It's going to be fabulous!! ;)

WooooooHoooooooooo!!!

Our Computer has been out of service FOREVER!!!! It is finally up and running!! We lost a ton of pictures and yes.....there were tears!! we are still working on recovering some of them. Anyways, here are some of my favorite pics from a photo shoot I did earlier this month. Enjoy!!

Picture Frames With A Twist

I recently came across THIS post over at BETH'S Blog. I instantly fell in love with THIS one! I love how LAYLA used jars to hold her photos and the rope she used around her candles. I decided to combine the two ideas and came up with these:

My Supplies (glue gun not pictured):



I purchased the vases and sand at the Dollar Tree, had the shells and photos at home, and found the jute at Walmart for super cheap!

All I did was bust out my glue gun and wrap the jute cord around the bottom of each vase (applying a dot of glue here and there). Then I filled them up with my $1 sand, threw in a picture and a shell, piece of coral, & a star fish.

Viola!! Doesn't get much cheaper or easier than that!

Here they are displayed on my mantel:




My mantel drives me a little crazy because it is so skinny!! It's hard to add dimension. I feel like these make things a little more interesting. Better than just lining up picture frames I think.





I also found the time to work on a couple fun projects for my Master Bathroom. I'll be sharing them with you all soon!

Brothers & Cousins

I had the privilege of photographing some very cute kids recently! You'll probably recognize the littlest guy from my previous post. This time we got his big brother and some of his cousins in on the act. It was a fun shoot and the kids did great even though we cut into naptime. :)

I've been doing a lot of photography lately and not as much crafting. Hopefully I will find some time to be crafty soon. I have to admit, I'm having a blast taking pics! :)
